Outer Casing: High quality, durable yet
lightweight aluminum. Exterior is .2 mm
aluminum with 4 mm of MDF board and 2
mm EVA board. Inner components: Thick,
egg crate foam covers the inside of the
case on both top and bottom, while an
extra outer layer of high density foam
provides additional padding for handgun
protection. Total of 2" of egg crate foam
and 2" total of high density inner foam.
Security components: Each MainLine gun
case comes equipped with two keyed locks
to ensure that your firearm and ammunition
is safe and secure (to TSA standards).
Construction details: ABF plastic corners
and handle with 4 non-marring black, non
skid, quarter circle rubber feet for case
stability in horizontal position and 4
non-marring black, non skid, bullet feet
for case stability in vertical position.
A reinforced lip on the case perimeter
ensures a tight close while reinforced
corners add extra protection and overall
strength. Stainless steel locks, clasps,
rivets, hinges and edge covers on the
outside of the case allow for easy opening
and closing without wearing or bending
the hinges or lid.
